Returns and exchanges will be negotiated on a case to case basis, with the exceptions of:
- Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price is a final sale and can not be returned.
- Engraved or embossed, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
- Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer, must be returned to the original place of purchase.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

Steven Royce Designs (SRD) offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty of Repair based on the following conditions:
Steven Royce Designs will, without charge to the purchaser, repair all defects in this item-excluding damage/replacement of the center stone(s)-that are the direct result of any poor workmanship by SRD as long as this item is owned by the original purchaser; and provided the jewelry is subjected only to normal use and is not damaged by any act of the owner, user of the jewelry or other person.
The warranty is canceled if any entity other than SRD performed repair on this item. This limited warranty of repair shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
